Bishop Goldsmith is the Founder and Senior Pastor of Emmanuel Tabernacle, founded in 1993. He and his wife Lady Regina A. Goldsmith have been married for 41 years and have six children. Bishop Goldsmith holds an Honorary Doctorate of Divinity from Aenon Bible College and is the Diocesan Bishop of the Oklahoma State Council of the Pentecostal Assemblies of the Word.
